Impact Financial Systems, Inc. (IFS), the leading provider of business process automation solutions for the financial services and insurance industries, announced today the addition of Mary Heimlich as the company’s new Director of Product Management.
Mary is an insurance industry veteran with over 25 years of experience across all facets of the insurance space. Most recently, she served as Director of Professional Services for a leading financial services consulting firm. In this role, she primarily managed the firm’s life and annuity business automation consulting services. She has also served in varied operations, sales and IT roles at some of the nation’s largest insurance organizations including Nationwide Financial and Hartford Life.

The announcement comes as IFS launches Annuva, its automated annuity maintenance solution. In her role as Director of Product Management, Mary will play a key role in ensuring Annuva adapts to meet the needs of annuity carriers and distributors. She will also play a vital role in business development efforts related to the company’s insurance solutions, including Annuva. Finally, she will be responsible for developing the company’s implementation support arm for Annuva.
